Cute little things I did in my childhood

Writing a short Autobiography on myself. Before moving on the purpose behind me writing this blog is to improve my writing skills. So people who see this blog are invited to give their valuable comments and positive criticism.

My name is Sreram and was born on 21st February  1985. I was named 'Sri Ram', and in my 10th and 12th marksheet my name is spelt as 'Sri Ram'. In 2002 when i completed my schooling - i were a minor- my Father changed my name as per numerology as Sreram. I had a lively childhood. I did study in St.Thomas Matriculation Higher Secondary School till class 1. I were pretty much interested in the 'Sarukku maram' game and i would often go from bottom to top in that instead of gliding along from top to bottom. I still remember my grandmother shouting at me to glide along from top to bottom. I would bring in the thatched leaves which would be there in the school but would forget my newly bought pencil or scale. :-P

Then came the switching over of school. In class 2 i switched - I think it would be more appropriate to say my parents switched me - to Prince Matriculation Higher Secondary School. When the St.Thomas school principal inquired me for the reason to switch over of school, I said 'Neenga konjam nalla sollitharardhu illiyam' [You people aren't teaching us well]. I were - and am - so truthful. I only hope i continue to be. And so I came to Prince school.  I became naughty over time. I once did dashed with my 'PT miss' (forgot her name) accidentally and she was angry that she hit me with a wooden scale. And i remember i called her 'loosu' and ran away. A tamil teacher, who were seeing this, told to 'PT miss'. 'PT miss' was so angry that she made me stand outside the class for the whole day. I do not know if even 'PT miss' remembers this. I don't remember all other cute little pranks i did in Prince school.

Then came in my spectacles. In 4th standard i were facing problems to see the black board from the back bench and even from the front bench. And that is the time when my teacher called my parents and advised them to check my eye-sight. I were diagnosed with a eye sight of -5D at that time. I did create so much of troubles over the spectacles. During school days, especially during examination days, i would break my spectacles accidentally while running or playing. I remember once i happened to break it like that and i drove my cycle to Nanganallur to get my new spectacles. My parents, especially my mother, was so afraid that i drove without spectacles. I am so bold and courageous that I drive even today at nights sometimes like that with approaching bright headlights. (If my fiance reads this she wouldn't let me take my two wheeler or car in the nights :-P. Sorry Sandhya but this is autobiography, time to be truthful.)

Will be continuing...
